Support tailored to you

At Vale of Glamorgan Counselling, I offer one-to-one counselling for adults seeking support with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. Whether you're experiencing a specific crisis or simply want to explore things more deeply, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to help you move forward.

Counselling offers a chance to break that silence and start telling the truth about how you feel. I consider it a privilege to be trusted with people's stories, and I take that responsibility seriously.
